During gym class, a student’s backpack disappeared from a classroom that was locked from the inside.

Only three students were inside earlier:

  • Maya – was organizing books

  • Leo – was fixing a broken chair

  • Nina – was watering the plants

When questioned, they said:

  • Maya: “I never opened the classroom door.”

  • Leo: “I stayed near the back of the room the whole time.”

  • Nina: “I didn’t touch anyone’s belongings.”

The door was still locked when the teacher arrived.

Solution:
